During the course of the year we will be holding a number of Karate seminars that we hope that all association members will take advantage of.

The squad sessions will be focusing on sparring and Kata competition with a view to encouraging our younger members to take part in future tournaments.

Although we have a number of safety guards for the pee-wee’s use, for health and safety reasons we strongly encourage students to acquire their own.
